Madawi al-Rasheed [ United Kingdom ]

Madawi al-Rasheed is a Saudi Arabian social anthropologist. From 1994 to 2013, she was a professor at the department of theology and religious studies at King’s College London. She is currently visiting professor at the Middle East Centre at the London School of Economics and Political Science. She regularly gives lectures at universities in the USA, Europe, and the Middle East. She has published numerous books and articles on political developments, gender, and religion in Saudi Arabia.
