Antje Meyer [ Germany ]

is the director of the Max Planck Institute for Psycholinguistics in Nijmegen. Meyer is an experimental psychologist focusing on the way people use language. She has worked on various aspects of the psychology of language, in particular on the knowledge and processes involved in speaking and the relationship between thinking and speaking. Current research is directed at understanding how people use language in dialogue and how and why adults differ in their linguistic skills.
