Roberto Calasso and Michael Krüger are two of the most prominent European publishers. Both have been working in this field for almost 50 years. They have earned great reputations, exceeding the borders of their home countries, even the borders of Europe. Both find the time to write books »on the side«; Calasso essays and nonfiction, Krüger poetry and novels. The two friends talk about the intimate processes involved in the realisation of books, and their effect on the public.
This event will be held in English and will be simultaneously interpreted into German.
