Geno Lechner

Geno Lechner began her career in theatre. She performed in the premiere of »Taking Sides« in London under the direction of Harold Pinter and also acted in Paris for a year with Michel Bouquet and Claude Brasseur. She had the leading role in »The Forest«, directed by Robert Wilson at the Brooklyn Academy of Music, and since 1990 has worked primarily for film, starring in »Schindler's List« and Hal Hartley's »Flirt«. She has also worked with Peck, Askarian, Thome, Bergman and Zauberman, and had the leading role in the New York production of »Love« by Vladan Nicolic and in »Going Under« by Eric Werthman.
