born in Swiss Niederbipp, she is a painter and photographer. She studied at the Zurich College of Art and Design and has worked in Dresden since 1991. Her artwork has recently been shown at the Dresden Kupferstichkabinett and, in connection with a residence grant, at the Leipzig Baumwollspinnerei. She is currently spending a year working in Rome.
