was the host of the first US National Slam in 1990, he is the founder and director of the Alzheimer’s Poetry Project, listed by the National Endowment as a »best practice«. NBC’s »Today« show, NPR’s »All Things Considered« and Voice of America have featured Glazner’s work. Harper Collins, W.W. Norton and Salon.com have published his work. He is the author of »How to Make a Living as a Poet« is currently Managing Director of Bowery Poetry in New York City.
