Sabine Carbon was born in Schweinfurt am Main in 1963. She studied German Language and Literature and Archaeology in Munich and Berlin and has worked as a journalist, film maker, author and publisher. This year her children's book »Ein relativ verrückter Sommer. Maria besucht Albert Einstein in Caputh« (t: A relatively crazy summer. Maria visits Albert Einstein in Caputh), co-written with Barbara Lücker, will be published. The writer lives in Berlin.
