Guest of the ilb 2005
Wolfgang Fritz Haug was born in
1936, taught Philosophy at the Freie Universität Berlin until 2001. He
is the publisher of the planned 15 volumes of the German
Historical-Critical Dictionary of Marxism (1994ff) and since 1959 has
published the journal »Das Argument«. Haug is the scientific director
of the Berlin Institute for Critical Theory and member of the academic
advisory board for Attac. In autumn 2005 »Philosophie und Marxismus –
Eine Einführung in marxistisches Philosophieren« will be published.
