Guest at the ilb 2002
Ingo Niermann, was born 1969 in Bielefeld, and now lives in Berlin. In 2001 his first novel 'Der Effekt' was published. He writes for the newspapers 'Süddeutsche' and 'Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung'. He is currently working on his second novel about a person who intentionally loses his memory.
