Andreas Fulda,
born in 1977, studied Political Theory in Cologne, Taiwan and London.
He has written about the process of democratisation in several
scholarly articles, as well as on the development of the political
opposition in Taiwan in the 20th century. He has worked in Beijing at
the China Association for NGO Cooperation (CANGO) since 2004, where he
directs a programme for the fortification of citizen participation
within civic community development. Alongside this, he has been working
on a doctoral thesis at the Free University in Berlin since 2002.
